He takes a while to trust new people, but once he does, he is very devoted and enjoys affection. He is independent, often wandering off to do his own thing. He gets along well with other dogs and cats. He chases balls and sticks. He will follow you around while you're doing things, but he's also happy to entertain himself with other things.
