Saki was found wandering The Streets of Houston approximately a year ago. We took her in and took her through slow kill heartworm treatment, had her spayed, and had her vaccinated. At the time, our vet thought she was approximately 2 years old.

 

We were hoping to keep her, but one of our other dogs would not stop attacking her. She has spent a majority of the last 11 months in a crate and it is not fair to her. We didn't get her all the medical attention that she needed only to surrender her to a kill shelter, but she needs more than we can give her.

 

She has amazing House manners, is exceptionally smart, gets along great with our male dogs, and did well with our female for the first 6 weeks until our female attacked her.

 

Saki needs a place where she can run and be appreciated for who she is. We will ask for veterinarian information before rehoming her. She must be on heartworm preventative year-round for the rest of her life. We are willing to transport anywhere for the right home.
