Luna has been a beloved member of our family for many years. Due to changes at home and my own current health issues, we can unfortunately no longer provide the environment she needs. Luna is a "velcro dog" who thrives on close contact, which has become difficult for me to manage given my physical limitations.

We adopted Luna from the county pound in 2018. While we were told she was three years old at the time, her soft features suggested she was likely closer to six months old. She is a sweet, affectionate dog who loves playing, cuddling, and spending quality time with her humans. She enjoys both slow "sniffing" walks and challenging jogs.

Luna would likely do best in a home with older children, as she is strong and can be very exuberant when showing affection. While she has done well with other dogs at daycare and kennels, she may be best as the only dog in the home due to her high excitement levels. We are unsure how she does with cats. She is easily trainable, eager to please, and does great in the car. She has no history of aggression and handles vet visits and daycare well.

Regarding her diet, please note that she is allergic to chicken flavoring and does not care for peanut butter flavoring. However, she loves real chicken and eats it mixed with her kibble.
