I got Max in October of 2023 and goes everywhere with me. He is cage trained, potty trained, has pretty good recall unless he sees a squirrel or rabbit. He sometimes tries to get the chickens, sometimes not. Plays good with some dogs. Likes my kids, but is not a fan of my grandkids since he doesn't see them as much.

 

When I'm sitting in my chair and Max is sitting beside me in his bed, if someone walks in the room he will go toward them growl a little, maybe bark, maybe show some teeth and let them know he's the boss and then go back to his bed. I am his person and he is very bonded with me. Everyone else in the world is beneath him in his eyes. My wife is afraid of him so it's time to find him a better spot. I thought I could break some of his habits/ traits. I can travel for the right home for him.
