It is with a heavy heart that I am seeking a new home for Kira.

Kira is a beautiful, spirited 4-year-old Australian Cattle Dog mix (Blue Heeler). She is spayed, fully vaccinated, and in excellent health. Kira weighs about 40 lbs (medium-sized) and currently lives in Reisterstown, Maryland.

Kira is high-energy, intelligent, and food-motivated. She loves being the center of attention and would thrive as the only dog in a home where she can receive plenty of love and engagement. She is housebroken, accustomed to living with young adults and another female cattle dog mix, and knows to do her business outside. She has been raised with an invisible fence and respects boundaries, but she would truly benefit from a home with a secure, fenced yard and space to run.

This decision has not come easily. It has been a challenging year financially, and I can no longer provide the time and attention Kira deserves while managing two dogs. My priority is finding her a home where she will be cherished and cared for.
