Ein is a 9 year old, 38 lb. neutered male in Acworth, GA.

Ein has been in our family for 7 yrs and we’re very emotional about needing to rehome him. He’s a loyal, super intelligent, emotionally intuitive, cuddly and loving guy who struggles with reactivity that causes him to nip. Our environment has gotten too triggering for him and he’s been taking it out on our other dog, and most recently nipped (and broke the skin) our 4yr old for making high pitched noises. If he hadn't nipped at our 4yr old, we wouldn't be rehoming him.

Ein would do great in a home with no children or other dogs (though he LOVES socializing with other dogs off his terf!). He’s great living with cats and his adult “people”. He needs someone with a fenced yard to play in, lots of exercise to burn his energy, and socialization at the dog park.

The good:
-Ein is SO smart. He learns tricks quickly and is very obedient. He knows sit, stay, lay down, roll over, beg, and "boost" (jump).
-He has never had an accident in the house
-He loves cats
-Is such a cuddler and we call him "nurse bud" because he always comes and takes care of us when we're sick.

The not-so-good:
-He’s very territorial when visitors come over and we have to put him outside or he will nip at them.
-Any kind of motor-like sounds (like a vacuum/blender), high-pitched sounds (like whirling sounds or screaming), knocks on the door, people walking past the window, and visitors trigger his reactivity, which causes him to nip.
-He has had blood work done and the Vet hasn’t been able to identify why, but Ein has had about 1 small seizure a year for the last 4 years. The vet said he wont need medication unless the frequency or severity increases.

Ein is in Acworth, GA.
