Cali is a sweet, fun, high energy dog. She is looking for the perfect human who can get her out to exercise daily for runs, hikes or very long walks. She loves to be on the go and enjoys a good game of fetch. 

 

She will be your ultimate sidekick. Cali was previously in a home where she was kept outside. After a little over a year in our home she has been doing great but clearly needs to be an only pet. She is not aggressive but if provoked by another animal will react back. She will nip which is very much ingrained in her as a mixed cattle dog. She is receptive to training so this may improve with more training.

 

Cali has had some formal dog training and knows some commands. We've been training her to go to her bed or "place". She is a quick learner and would likely do really well with agility training. She is great at leash walking and running. Fully potty trained and crate trained. Although crate trained she only sleeps there but needs to be active during the day. Vaccine paperwork on hand and she’s also spayed.

 

She must be an only pet and has a history of fighting with other dogs and cats.

Current family can foster her, cover all her care until the right forever home is found.
