He is very loving and will stick by you once he warms up, which takes a little time. He loves chasing balls, squeaky toys, playing with a hose, and shallow water. He's great with other dogs, cats and farm animals, and is content to stay by your side during outside work, chew on a stick or being inside and spending time together. He does not seem fond of men. He will all of a sudden just lunge and snap at them.
